This marriage comes from family stories. It is not proven. The story further states that Marcia and Mr. Flowers went to Illinois from Kentucky to take her daughters back with them. Marguerite and Alwilda did not wish to go and stayed in Illinois with James Van Ness Coller (Grandpa Jim) and later with James Smith Coller (Uncle Jim).
